There’s a lot to catch up on as we approach the end of the year. With one chapter coming to a close and another about to begin….

It has been a wonderful opportunity for my family to experience life in Aotearoa for the last few years, but in early 2026, we will return to Australia. With that comes a period of restructuring and taking time to learn a few new skills while my workshop & tools are in transit.

The next weeks will be the last chance to purchase a selection of silver & gold pieces as I shift my focus towards new projects. If you are based in Auckland, please pop in to our showroom or shop online to secure a piece from the very limited stock I have on hand.

In a world shaped by technology and ever-evolving social trends, I felt it was time to move beyond the traditional monthly newsletter and create something more personal, something that better reflects my practice and the integrity of my work…

I have long admired Pieces of Eight’s thoughtfully curated selection of contemporary jewellery and its strong emphasis on supporting local artists - which really resonates with me, especially as a former Melbournian.

Handcrafted in our Ponsonby workshop, the Off Set Sapphire Ring is defined by rhythmic, angled gold detailing. At its heart sits a baguette cut Australian green parti sapphire, set just off the edge, as if gently sliding through the band.
