* Shipped via NZPOST courier.
Delivery outside major cities, including to and from rural or remote areas, will take longer, particularly South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territories, Tasmania and North Queensland. Delivery to rural locations within New Zealand may take up to an additional 3 working days.
Cut-off dates are targets only. Sending before the cut-off dates gives you the best chance of getting your item where it needs to be for Christmas. Change due to unforeseen service impacts or custom delays.

Orders will be sent via NZ POST COURIER with signature on delivery.
AUSTRALIA - $20 shipping and handling.
Orders will be sent via NZ POST COURIER with signature on delivery.
INTERNATIONAL / REST OF THE WORLD - $85 Shipping and handling
Orders under $3,000 will be sent via NZ POST COURIER with a signature on delivery. International orders over $3,000 will be sent via DHL or FEDEX with a signature on delivery.

*Items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with the national laws of that country. As the buyer, you are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Delays can occur when clearing customs. If your parcel is late, please email us.
DISPATCH
Jewellery in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days of ordering. Some items on the website are made to order. Please check in the item description for the production time frame. Precious jewellery is generally 4-8 weeks and sterling silver jewellery 2-4 weeks. For urgent orders email prior to purchasing. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Modifications are subject to revised production timelines.
