* PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is paused temporarily while we relocate. Shipping from NZ will resume on the 1st March 2026. From the 1st April, our workshop & store will be permanently based in Melbourne, Australia. From this date, all orders will be sent from Australia.
Orders under $3,000 will be sent via NZ POST COURIER with a signature on delivery. International orders over $3,000 will be sent via DHL or FEDEX with a signature on delivery.

Jewellery in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days of ordering. Some items on the website are made to order. Please check in the item description for the production time frame. Precious jewellery is generally 4-8 weeks and sterling silver jewellery 2-4 weeks. For urgent orders email prior to purchasing. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Modifications are subject to revised production timelines.
